WILD WOLF’S FARM TO FORK INITIATIVE
At Wild Wolf Brewing Company, we pride ourselves on our freshly prepared, locally sourced cuisine. Happily, sustainability equals deliciousness! Locally sourced ingredients are fresher, retain more nutrients, taste better, and are grown with agricultural practices that are better for the environment than conventional food.
We source much of our beef from the same farmer who picks up our spent brewers’ grains, providing some of the best beef you will ever taste! We buy half pigs from Autumn Olive Farms, organic chickens from the Harrisonburg area and as much local produce as is seasonally possible. We have a great selection of vegetarian and gluten free options on our menu. We work with a local bakery, providing them spent brewers’ grains, which are used in some of the products they bake for us. Eggs from our hopyard chickens and spent brewers’ grains are used in a variety of items on our menu. Most of the items on our menu are made from scratch. Our kitchen even makes preserves, pickles, and paté to delight your taste buds!
