We are a farm-to-fork restaurant featuring local produce and meats. Our meat is beer brined and smoked on site. We have a bakery where we make our flatbread, desserts and bread daily using our very own brewers grain. Although we are known for our delicious BBQ, we also offer a variety of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options for the non-carnivores.
