Spring has Sprung. No hopping around it, it’s that time of year! Our Easter celebration is set for fun for the whole pack! We will feature a children’s Easter Egg Hunt at noon, 2pm and 4pm. If that isn’t enough, corn hole will be set up and our kids play area will be ready and waiting!
Easter should not be fun just for the kids – brewery tours will available at 2, 3:30, and 5. We will also have live music from 2-5 in our 4-season pavilion.
With all this fun happening, one might get a bit hungry! In addition to our regular brunch and menu options, Chef Chris Jack is cooking up some amazing specials just for Easter:
- NY Strip over Asparagus, topped with a Mushroom Demi-Glace and Tobacco Onions, with a side of Smoked Gouda Custard
- Lamb Lollipops with a Pistachio Spent Grain Crumble, served with English Peas, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and a Mint Yogurt
- Warm Crab Salad with Shaved Fennel, Pickled Rhubarb, Pea Tendrils and a Tarragon Dressing
Did you know we have a kids menu too? Kids love our tenders, child’s burgers, grilled cheese and corn dogs!
Don’t forget to treat your dogs to a relaxing Easter in our biergarten as well!
